Contacting Coordinators
It is helpful for the Partner Coordinators to know your plans for each series so that they have some idea of the numbers who will be playing and who to contact if partners are being sought. For example:
- Are you available to play? If so, which weeks?
- Have you arranged a partner? If so, what is your partner's name?
- Do you require a partner?
Withdrawals
Please also let Partner Coordinators know when you are unavailable to play even if you and your Partner both decide not to play. Whilst it is not essential to do this when a Partnership withdraws, it assists the Director to know the numbers playing before play begins. So if you are both withdrawing please endeavour to let the Partner Coordinator know.
